What you stop guessing about
Where the alert stopped
See whether the email reached Welco, which rule it matched and what happened on each phone.
A reason you can act on
A phone that's off, a typo in a number or a STOP reply each has its own label and its own fix.
A record for the audit
Export the feed as a CSV file with each email, each text and the result for every phone.
Credits back on rejected texts
A text rejected at the moment it's sent gets its message credit refunded, and our support team is alerted.
What each delivery result means
Each line in the feed covers one email and the texts it became. Reports cover every text sent by Welco's alerting features.

A real example: the cooler alarm nobody saw
A walk-in cooler logger emailed at 1:22 AM. The night manager's phone stayed quiet. The report showed why.
Alert email from alarms@logger.example.com, subject “Alarm: Cooler 2 High Temperature”. Welco trims it to one text of 80 characters: “Welco: [Cooler 2] Temp 46F, above 41F limit at 1:22 AM. Reply STOP to opt out.”
Text received: Welco: [Cooler 2] Temp 46F, above 41F limit at 1:22 AM. Reply STOP to opt out.
Characters202801 credit
Weeks earlier, the manager had replied STOP to clear a text by mistake. The report said so in one line. One START text later, alerts were back on that phone.

Trace a missing alert in 3 steps
Most questions about a quiet phone are answered in the feed, without a support ticket.
Find the email in the feed
Every email Welco receives is listed, including dropped and refused ones. If it isn't there, the problem is before Welco, usually a mail setting or an unapproved forwarding address.
Read the result for each phone
Check the label on the phone that stayed quiet. A new phone that has never had an alert, or someone who switched carriers, shows up here first.
Fix it and send a test
Correct the number, approve the sender or ask for a START text. Then send a test alarm and watch its result come in.
Do failed or blocked texts use credits?
Carrier filtering shows up too
Mobile networks sometimes filter texts they think are spam. The report says when a text was blocked, and what gets alert texts blocked lists the usual causes.
Drops are free
Emails dropped by a rule or refused as unknown use no credits at all.
Undelivered texts still count
A text uses its credits once it is handed to the mobile network, even if the network then fails to deliver it. The delivery rates disclosure explains why.
Refused senders explained
Most blocked emails trace back to approved senders. The feed names the address that was turned away.
Check before go-live
Test mode shows what a new setup would send, and the report confirms each phone once it goes live.
Where teams lean on delivery reports
- Freezers & cold storageShow the inspector that a high temperature alert reached the night manager.
- MadgeTechCheck a new logger's first alarm before trusting it overnight.
- NagiosFind out why the on-call admin's phone stayed silent during an outage.
- IgnitionConfirm the standby operator's phone took every alarm after a quiet weekend.
